So BernardGriffiths.com is around two months old. Granted, it is very young, however in my opinion I am posting some decent content. My posts are always relative to internet marketing and blogging. There are plenty of helpful tips that make me money every month, however I don’t seem to be earning your readership.
I have like 4 readers subscribed via RSS. Not that I expect a ton of readers or anything, its just I expected more than that. So, anyone who reads this blog, please post and tell me what you would like to see more of. Maybe a complete step by step way of building a PPC campaign? Interviews with more popular bloggers? I am welcome to suggestions, and I won’t be offended.
Someone please let me know! Thanks

Like you I am a new blogger, I don’t know everything (yet
). I had a look thru your site and it looks okay, posting schedule is a little erratic but then so is mine I try to post every other day.
I did notice a lack of comments. Where there are comments you rarely answer/acknowledge them. Also in your posts there are no calls to action, most of the posts that I read simply stated the facts or your opinions without asking the visitor. Give the reader something to respond to.
Do you socialize? Ecard, StumbleUpon, BloggingZoom etc. I’ve found I have to put myself out there also commenting on other blogs has helped. Stumble or whatever other peoples posts.
For example since I started with EntreCard, I Stumble, BZ etc. others and the favor is returned and I am getting 100-250 visitors a day and have 27 rss subscribers. It takes a fair whack of time out of the day but I’ve got results.
Also I just subscribed to your rss and only the last 10 showed up, all dated today and previous entries would not appear. That would just make me want to unsubscribe straight away. Maybe there’s something wrong with the feed?
Google have indexed 68 pages on your site. They have index 93 pages on mine and I have probable a third the number of your posts. Have you submitted a site map to Google? Or there might be something wrong with the theme.
In you About page you say “I am just another young affiliate marketer.”. So in that case why should I read some kids blog? Don’t put yourself down. People do read the About page. Instead put an abridged version of that personal post you made in there. Tell us something about you that we can identify with. Blogging is more about friendship than teaching, get personal. Find your voice for the blog.
I hope this helps you, it may sound harsh in places I can be pretty blunt at times. If you want to discuss further email me.

This helps me alot and thank you! I will have to look into the feed, I think there are problems. As far as Google goes, I don’t think they like me. I should have a PR of around 4 or 5 and they are showing 0.
I do use Entrecard, Sphinn, and Digg. It has helped bring some traffic in but not much. I will continue to try and improve on that. I really appreciate your comment! I will edit the about page some more.

your autodiscovery feed is set to this:
http://www.bernardgriffiths.com/?feed=atom
you want to set that to feedburner. You might have subscribers now reading that feed that feedburner isn’t counting.

i think you need get your voice to all, and the easiest way is to leave comments on other peoples blogs and generally study other people and what they do…
i spend less than 20% of my time on my blog and most at other peoples blog.
good luck
